General Technical Troubleshooting Suggestions
Follow these steps if you encounter technical issues accessing the New RISE Registry Platform:
- Log into the website using a different internet browser (Chrome. Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
- Close and re-open the browser
- Close all windows and programs not needed
- Try using Chrome as your browser, if you have not already
- Clear your browser cache
- If you are not sure how to clear your cache, here are links to the instructions for most popular browsers

- After clearing the cache, close all open browser windows, reopen the browser, and try to access the website again
- Try accessing the meeting website through an incognito/private browsing window
- Ensure all ad and pop-up blocking software in your browser is turned off
- If you have a VPN, log out, then try accessing the New RISE Registry website again
- If your VPN is required by your organization or technology department, please contact them for further troubleshooting.
- Check antivirus software to confirm it is not interfering with your access to the website
- Restart your computer/device
