General Technical Troubleshooting Suggestions


Follow these steps if you encounter technical issues accessing the New RISE Registry Platform:
  1. Log into the website using a different internet browser (Chrome. Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
  2. Close and re-open the browser
  3. Close all windows and programs not needed
  4. Try using Chrome as your browser, if you have not already
  5. Clear your browser cache
    1. If you are not sure how to clear your cache, here are links to the instructions for most popular browsers
      1. Chrome
      2. Microsoft Edge
      3. Firefox
      4. Safari
  6. After clearing the cache, close all open browser windows, reopen the browser, and try to access the website again
  7. Try accessing the meeting website through an incognito/private browsing window
  8. Ensure all ad and pop-up blocking software in your browser is turned off
  9. If you have a VPN, log out, then try accessing the New RISE Registry website again
    1. If your VPN is required by your organization or technology department, please contact them for further troubleshooting.
  10. Check antivirus software to confirm it is not interfering with your access to the website
  11. Restart your computer/device
