Important Certificate Information

1. After completing the requirements for an activity, you can download a Certificate of Participation.
   
2. Certificates of credit display only after you have claimed credit (and only for the credit type you claimed).
   
3. Certificates will only appear on your My Certificate page if you have viewed or downloaded it in the activity in which the certificate was earned.
   
4. ACPE does not allow joint accredited providers to provide an ACPE-specific certificate. Instead, you should download the Certificate of Participation if you claimed pharmacy (ACPE) credit.
   
5. Similarly, if you are an international (non-US located) learner, rather than claiming credit, you should download a Certificate of Participation to present to the board in your home country.
   

Viewing, Printing, and/or Downloading a Certificate

Accessing a Certificate from an Activity

To view, download and/or print your certificate(s):

1. After completing the requirements for receiving a certificate in an activity (see the Activity Overview page of the activity):
   
1. The Certificate of Participation will display in the Certificates section of the course.
   
2. If the activity awards credit, and you have claimed credit for the activity, you will also see a certificate for the credit type you claimed in the Certificates section of the activity. In the example below, the learner claimed CME credit.
   
   
2. Click on the certificate you wish to download in the left navigation. The Certificate page displays.
   
3. Click Download certificate. The certificate downloads to your device, displaying the date of completion of the activity, and if a credit certificate, the amount and type of credit claimed.

At any time, you can return to the above page to re-download a certificate. It will not change the date on the certificate.

Accessing a Certificate from the My Certificates Page

The My Certificates page stores all certificates you have downloaded previously. The page can be accessed from two locations:

1. Click My Certificates from the site left navigation menu that appears on every page of the site, or
   
   
   
2. Click on your name / avatar in the top right of the site.
   
1. Click Profile from the drop-down that displays. Your profile page displays.
   
   
   
   
2. Click My Certificates from the top left of the page.
   
   

From the My Certificates page, click the Download  icon to download a certificate.

At any time, you can return to the above pages to re-download a certificate.
