This article provides information on the various certificate types and how to access your certificates after completing ACR educational activities.

Types of Certificates

ACR provides five types of certificates:

  • Certificate of Participation – provided when you complete an online activity or attend an educational meeting.
  • CME Certificates – provided after you claim CME credits for an online activity or educational meeting.
  • CME / ABIM MOC Certificates – provided after you claim CME credits for ABIM/MOC and CME credit for either an online activity or educational meeting.
  • CME / ABP MOC Certificates – provided after you claim CME credit for ABP/MOC and CME credit for an online activity or educational meeting.
  • CME / ABIM MOC / ABP MOC Certificates – provided after you claim CME credits for ABP/MOC, ABIM/MOC, and CME credit for an online activity or educational meeting.

Certificate Record Retention Policy

Scope: This policy applies to all participants who attend educational activities coordinated by the ACR Office of Education and receive continuing education credits or certificates.

Policy Statement:
The ACR Office of Education maintains secure records of participant attendance and earned credits for a period of six years from the date of the activity. These records are stored in a secure internal system to ensure confidentiality and integrity.

Certificate Availability:
Participants may request copies of their certificates within the six-year retention period. After this time, certificates may no longer be available for reproduction, and the ACR Office of Education cannot guarantee fulfillment of such requests. Participants are strongly encouraged to retain personal copies of all certificates for their records.

How to Access Your Certificate

The Certificate of Participation is available in the Convergence 2025 Mobile App and the ACR Education Center .

The certificate contains a blank space where you can write in the number of hours you attended the meeting, if submitting it to your home accreditation agency. If you download the certificate from the ACR Education Center, print it and then add your number of hours.

  • Mobile App: Log in and click “Event Info. Materials & Resources.” Certificates are available for download until March 26, 2026.
  • ACR Education Center: Log in and go to the ACR Convergence 2025 activity.

  1. Go to the ACR Education Center and log in.
  2. If you need to claim credit, complete the steps to claim credit .
  3. Find the activity name to go to the activity page.
  4. Activities may have requirements before generating your certificate; please make sure you meet your requirements or your certificate will not populate.
  5. To download, in the “File” column click the icon of the certificate you would like to download.
