ACR provides five types of certificates:
Scope: This policy applies to all participants who attend educational activities coordinated by the ACR Office of Education and receive continuing education credits or certificates.
Policy Statement:
The ACR Office of Education maintains secure records of participant attendance and earned credits for a period of six years from the date of the activity. These records are stored in a secure internal system to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
Certificate Availability:
Participants may request copies of their certificates within the six-year retention period. After this time, certificates may no longer be available for reproduction, and the ACR Office of Education cannot guarantee fulfillment of such requests. Participants are strongly encouraged to retain personal copies of all certificates for their records.
Contact Information:
For questions or certificate requests, please contact the ACR Office of Education.
The Certificate of Participation is available in the Convergence 2025 Mobile App and the ACR Education Center .
The certificate contains a blank space where you can write in the number of hours you attended the meeting, if submitting it to your home accreditation agency. If you download the certificate from the ACR Education Center, print it and then add your number of hours.
