This article describes the feature and options with the ACR Convergence 2024 Meeting App to assist attendees with navigating the meeting.

The ACR Convergence 2024 Meeting App is designed to assist attendees with navigating all of the information available at the meeting. From locating sessions and building a schedule, to chatting with attendees and tracking the shuttle, the app provides a wealth of helpful information.

Home Page

The meeting app home page is the launchpad for the app. 


The options available include:

Schedule: This is where all sessions are listed and allow attendees to build a personalized schedule. More information may be found in the Manage My Schedule help article.
Abstracts: All abstract sessions are listed in this section. 
Industry Sessions: Attendees may find all industry sessions here. 
Attendees: Registered attendees may search for other registered attendees and chat with them. 
Happening Now: Attendees may find information about sessions and events happening at the moment in real time. 
Faculty: Attendees may search for speakers and other faculty members.
Exhibitors: Attendees may search for specific exhibitors.
Shuttle Tracker: Provides a link to the ETS shuttle tracker to help attendees manage their arrival and departure at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
Maps: This option provides attendees with detailed maps to assist them in finding sessions and other meeting related locations at the Walter E Washington Convention Center. 
On-Site Info: Includes information for on site attendees for things like App Support, lost and found, and what to do in an emergency, etc. 
Meeting News: Links to ACR Convergence Today and other real-time meeting news content before, during, and after the meeting. 
Social Media: Links to the official social media channels used during the meeting.
My Schedule: Access and manage your customized itinerary. More information may be found in the Manage My Schedule help article.
...More: Provides additional information about the meeting including CME/MOC and settings.
