This article describes how to download, install, and log into the ACR Convergence 2024 app, and how to access the meeting website (insert link).

How to download and install the Meeting App

Follow these steps to download and install the meeting app:
  1. Search the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store for "ACR Convergence 2024".
  2. Download and install the app following the on-screen instructions. 
Note: All devices should have received the latest available software update(s). Apple devices that are considered "vintage" (sold between 5 and 7 years ago) or "obsolete" (sold more than 7 years ago), and Android devices that have not had a software update in the past the past 3 years are not guaranteed to work. 

How to log into the Meeting App

You will be prompted to log in to the meeting app for specific functions such as adding sessions to your schedule, accessing My Schedule, finding and chatting with attendees, notes, downloading session handouts, and individual session surveys.

Follow these steps to log into the meeting app:
  1. Go to a function that requires log in, or at the bottom of the screen: click More then click Login / Settings
  2. You will be presented with a screen that provides important login information. Check the box to accept the terms of use and privacy policy. 
  3. Click ACR SSO.
  4. Enter your email address. (Hint: Use the same email you use to log in to rheumatology.org.)
  5. Enter your password. (Hint: Use the same password you use to log in to rheumatology.org.)
  6. Click Login.



    

How to reset your password

If you do not know your password

  1. Click Forgot password? on the rheumatology.org login page.
  2. Enter your email address and then click Reset Password.
    1. You should receive the email with instructions to reset your password. You may want to check your spam/junk email folders in case the email is misrouted.
  3. In the email, click the link to Reset password. 
  4. Enter your new password. 
  5. Retype your new password and click Submit.
  6. Log in using your new password.






                  

If you know your password

If you know your password and would like to set a new one, you can follow the password reset process above, or these steps:
  1. After logging into rheumatology.org, go to the My Account page and click Login Information.
  2. Enter your current password and new password.
  3. Retype your new password.
  4. Click Submit.




How to access the meeting website

You may access the web version of the meeting app at the following link:

https://eppro02.ativ.me/src/EventPilot/php/express/web/planner.php?id=ACR24

Note: Some features of the meeting website may differ from the meeting app.

How to change your username/email address

To change your username/email address, follow these steps:
  1. After logging into rheumatology.org, go to the My Account page and click Login Information.
  2. Enter your new username/email address.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. You will receive an email to finish changing your username / email address. Click the link to complete the change. 







Important: If you do not click the link to finish the change, you may not be able to log in to rheumatology.org or the meeting website and/or app, and you may not receive ACR communication. 

Alternately, you may contact us at education@rheumatology.org to request an update to your email address.
For faster service:
  1. Email us from the current email address for your ACR Account.
  2. If you are an exhibitor or press, specify this in your email.

For your protection, if you were registered as part of a group, and a third party contacts us to update your information, we will not process the request. Your group lead should contact our registration partner, CMR, to have your personal information updated. CMR may be contacted by email at ACRsupport@cmrus.com, or by phone at 1-800-636-4766 (US & Canada)/+1-415-979-2286 (International).

Manage App Notifications

If you download the app, you may receive notifications on your mobile device if you turn on push notifications. To turn on or off push notifications on your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Click More.
  3. Click Login I Settings.
  4. Click Open Settings under APP SETTINGS.
  5. Toggle to turn on/off notifications. 
              

  

Alternately, you may manage app notifications following these steps:
  1. Open the app on your device and go to settings within the device. 
  2. Locate the ACR Convergence 2024 app and toggle to turn on/off notifications. 
Note: These instructions will vary by device and software version.
